## Rights

If the development of August ceases (defined as: "I personally acknowledge 
there will be no further updates", or if there has not been a new release 
within the last year, whichever occurs first), the source code will be released 
under an Open Source license.

You own full copyright of any scripts or plugins built to interface with the 
application.

August will always be provided DRM and tracking-free.

## Responsibilities 

You will not hold Lab3301, LLC or founders liable for any damages that occur 
as a result of the use of August.

You will not redistribute August without prior written permission.
